It took two tries.

This little dude, without a doubt, has won my “most awake baby” award for 2019. Griffin was just NOT interested in sleep for his session, and out of our 3 hours together, I think he closed his eyes for approximately 8 minutes. It was crazy, but funny at the same time.

When this happens (baby doesn’t sleep), we continue on with the session and do the best we can with awake images (which are still adorable), and usually if we wait them out, they do fall asleep. Griffin was a bit of a special case so he actually came back 2 weeks later for a 2nd mini session to try and get a few more asleep images, and guess what? He was JUST as awake, lol. This is just who we is I think. (We did get the images mama wanted though in the end, so that’s what was important.) Still, Griffin, you wore me out!
