It’s that time of year again!

2019 was another incredible year for me and my business, with a good variety of sessions that made me *so* happy and reinforced in my mind what I should be putting my energy in to photographing, with newborn families being right there at the top of the list!

Photographing new parents with their baby is one of my most favourite things about newborn sessions. Not all parents ask to have it done but for those who do, I am always so grateful because I know that in 1, 5, 10 years, these are the images that they’ll look back on in disbelief; disbelief that their child was ever that small, that they ever fit into their hands so easily, that they were so nervous, so overwhelmed, so happy, so in love. It’s such a fleeting, intense period of time, the newborn phase, and one that we honestly mostly forget.

Remember it through the images; this is your family’s first photo.

(Also, in regards to the sibling images, these are understandably unpredictable but oh SO cute, and again something that parents will look back on with great feeling, and so worth the effort!)
